A Wish Upon A Sole 3

A month later and here's page 3. Figured out some problems I was having with this project and it should proceed ahead at somewhat more regular pace now. Page count is different due to changes and even though I think I know what the new number is I'll leave it blank for a bit in case any more changes happen(it will be more, not less).
Hope this one was worth the wait.
